The service

TodayJob provides job discovery, direct-apply job matching, résumé review, cover letter drafting, tailored résumé drafts, and application workflow tools for job seekers in the United States and Canada. TodayJob is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or hiring decision-maker.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information that you have the right to use.
• Review and edit all generated cover letters, résumé drafts, and application materials before using or submitting them.
• Do not upload unlawful, sensitive, misleading, or third-party information unless you have permission.
• Do not scrape, abuse, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or attempt to bypass access controls for the service.

No job guarantee

TodayJob helps you find and prepare for jobs, but we do not guarantee interviews, offers, salary outcomes, employer responses, job availability, or that any job listing remains open. Employers control their own postings, hiring requirements, and application systems.

AI outputs

AI-generated materials may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular employer. You are responsible for checking facts, claims, dates, qualifications, tone, and compliance with application instructions before submitting anything.

Paid plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans unlock premium features shown at checkout. Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the product as offered, subject to these Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe. We currently advertise a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact support@todayjob.io within 7 days of purchase for refund help. You may cancel a recurring plan through available Stripe subscription controls or by contacting support.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the email address and browser/session used to access paid features. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Third-party services and links

TodayJob links to employer career pages and uses service providers such as Stripe and infrastructure/AI providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, employer application systems, hiring decisions, or their privacy practices.

Intellectual property and your content

TodayJob, its software, design, and brand are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of your résumé and application content. You give TodayJob permission to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Disclaimers and limits

TodayJob is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost profits, or employment outcomes.

Changes

We may update these Terms as TodayJob changes. If you continue using TodayJob after updates take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
